Delivery Drivers and Field Installers

West Coast Event Productions is seeking dependable and energetic Delivery Drivers and Field Installers to join our team in setting up a wide range of special events, from small gatherings to large-scale productions.

Key Responsibilities:

• Drive and operate 16' - 24' box trucks (valid driver’s license and clean MVR required)
• Set up and dismantle tents, tables, chairs, and event equipment
• Assist with loading/unloading trucks and on-site event production
• Maintain, clean, and organize inventory and equipment
• Perform general labor involving heavy lifting and moving

Requirements:

• Ability to lift 50 lbs and perform physical tasks (bending, stooping, crouching)
• Reliable transportation to and from work (preferred)
• Flexible availability, including early mornings, late nights, and weekends
• Positive attitude and ability to work under pressure
• Willingness to travel and respond to last-minute changes

Preferred Skills:

• Experience driving large vehicles and towing trailers
• Forklift and scissor lift operation
• Previous experience in event production or related field
