Social Media Content Creator

We’re on the lookout for a Social Media Content Creator who just gets it — someone who knows what great social content looks like and how to make it for brands. If you’re “chronically online,” have a good eye for design, and live for staying on top of the latest trends, you might be exactly who we’re looking for.

In this role, you’ll ideate, plan, and produce engaging content across multiple platforms for a variety of clients. You’ll be a critical part of our content team crafting social strategies, creating scroll-stopping visuals, and making sure everything gets delivered on time and looks sharp.

Responsibilities/Expectations

Content Creation:

  • Develop high-quality, engaging content for social media platforms, including but not limited to, images, videos, and infographics.
  • Ensure consistency in brand voice, messaging, and visual aesthetics across all social media channels.

Content Planning and Scheduling:

  • Develop content calendars and schedules to ensure a consistent posting cadence and optimize engagement.
  • Use social media management tools to schedule posts and manage content workflows efficiently.

Account Management:

  • Manage and maintain multiple social media accounts across various platforms, including Facebook, Instagram, X, LinkedIn, and TikTok.
  • Monitor and respond to comments, messages, and inquiries in a timely and professional manner.

Qualifications:

  • 0-2 years creating social content for brands.
  • Degree in Marketing, Communications, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).
  • Passionate about social media and fluent in the latest trends, formats, and platforms
  • A team player with strong communication skills and a collaborative spirit
  • The ability to create and manage content calendars to maintain a consistent posting schedule
  • Be detail-oriented and dependable with great follow-through on deadlines
  • Have a good eye for design. Know how to elevate the look of social content
  • Not required, but definitely a plus if you have experience with:
    – Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Photoshop, Illustrator) and Canva
    – Meta Ads Manager and basic paid social strategy
    – DSLR cameras and basic photography/videography skills
    – Writing captions that don’t sound like a robot wrote them
