💼 What You’ll Do:

Educate union members and their families on benefit options they've already qualified for.

Conduct consultations via Zoom and enroll members in supplemental insurance programs.

Manage a pipeline of union-provided leads and follow up with professionalism and urgency.

Represent the Globe Life brand with integrity and care.

📋 Requirements:

Must be able to obtain a Life & Health Insurance License quickly after the interview (we’ll help guide you through licensing).

Strong communication and presentation skills (especially on Zoom).

High personal drive, coachability, and goal orientation.

Business athlete mindset — experience in sports, military, or commission-based roles a strong plus.

Performance-based compensation structure with generous bonus potential.

First-year full-time reps typically earn $70K–$120K+.
