Location: Remote – Not hiring in FL, NY, MN, or HI
Compensation: Commission Only (High Earning Potential)

We’re looking for motivated Remote Benefits Sales Agents to join our rapidly growing team. In this fully remote, commission-only role, you’ll help individuals and families secure life and supplemental benefits that offer peace of mind and protection for their future.

What You’ll Do:

Sell life and supplemental insurance products to clients virtually

Build and manage your own book of business with high autonomy

Engage with warm leads and develop your own referral network

Provide exceptional customer service and educate clients on plan options

Work independently while staying connected to a team of high performers

What We’re Looking For:

Competitive athletes preferred – If you played team sports in high school or college, we want that mindset on our team

Sales or customer service experience is a plus, but not required

Licensing Requirements:

You will have to obtain State-specific life/health insurance licenses

Candidates must be prepared to obtain licenses quickly (support and guidance provided)
