About the Role:
We are seeking a tech-savvy, detail-oriented college student to help consolidate and organize multiple Microsoft accounts. This short-term project will involve merging email accounts, removing duplicate profiles, and ensuring a clean, organized system going forward. If you're someone who knows Microsoft 365 and Google Business like the back of your hand and loves solving messy tech puzzles, we want to hear from you!

Responsibilities:

  • Consolidate multiple Microsoft accounts into a streamlined structure.
  • Merge email accounts and migrate data securely and accurately.
  • Identify and eliminate duplicate Microsoft accounts.
  • Organize and optimize account settings, folders, and access permissions.
  • Document the new account structure and create simple instructions for future reference.
  • Provide basic tech support during and immediately after the transition.

Requirements:

  • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft 365, Outlook, and Microsoft account management.
  • Experience with account migration and consolidation is a plus.
  • Detail-oriented with a passion for organization.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and problem-solve independently.
  • Clear communication skills.
  • Current college student (preferred major: Computer Science, IT, or related field, but open to all majors with demonstrated skills).

Project Timeline:

  • Estimated duration: 1–3 weeks, flexible hours.
  • Must be available to start within the next 2 weeks.
