Showroom Coordinator / Administrative Assistant - Entry Level
Do you want to work at a luxury custom furniture showroom? Quatrine is a female founded and family run small business, that is invested in creating a happy and safe working environment. We specialize in hand made, custom, washable/slipcovered furniture. We are currently looking to hire a full time (or part time) administrative assistant/showroom coordinator. This is an entry level position. With this position, we offer you a flexible schedule with guaranteed Sundays off.

- Available on some Saturdays
What will your responsibilities be?
- Assist the design team during client consults
- Complete all required paperwork/drawings for orders
- Proficient knowledge of product
- Contact clients with order updates
- Maintain showroom appearance
- Merchandising (create item tags, update pricing)
- Take photos of the showroom for our social media team
- Complete inventory
- Update spreadsheets
- Keep digital and physical folders organized
- Send monthly promotional emails

Base Pay: $17/hour
Job Type: Full Time or Part Time (preferably minimum of 4 days a week)
