Licensed Sales Producer – Insurance Agency (Base + Commission | Immediate Hire)

Are you looking to grow your career in a dynamic, fast-paced insurance office with the opportunity to eventually run your own agency? We’re hiring immediately for a Licensed Sales Producer to join our high-performing team.

Your Responsibilities

  • Train and collaborate with an experienced insurance office
  • Market to new clients and cross-sell to existing clients
  • Complete online and mentor-led training programs
  • Grow your business and build strong community relationships

What We’re Looking For

  • Sales, leadership, or management experience required
  • Insurance background is a plus, but not required
  • Strong communication, organization, and time management skills
  • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and community-driven
  • Must have or be willing to obtain P&C, Life & Health insurance licenses
  • Must pass a background check

Salary + Commission

Pay: $45,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
