• The Stylist is the face, spokesperson, and holds the most integral position in sustaining the Nick’s Menswear brand. It is vital that our Stylists demonstrate a positive attitude and outlook with customers and colleagues
• Stylists run the interaction with the customer by guiding and educating them as to what they need and why, as well as to how the product should fit
• Be proficient in our tried and true Customer Experience Journey scripts and verbiage and use them in every customer interaction
• Be aware of what is happening in the store, move with a sense of urgency, and be prepared to work with multiple customers at the same time, dividing your time effectively so that every customer has a great experience from start to finish

Assist your colleagues when you notice ways to help their customers

• Always be on the lookout for ways to keep the store clean and organized in all areas including the sales floor, displays, backroom and custom room and restock product as needed
• Have a pulse on current fashion trends
• Able to stand for long periods of time
