Sales Operations Specialist [1424]

Non-profit association seeks a permanent Sales Operations Specialist to streamline and optimize sales processes.

Responsibilities:

  • Manage sales technology platforms, tools, and databases.
  • Identify, assess, and troubleshoot operational and technical issues.
  • Analyze sales data across various sources and identify important trends.
  • Maintain internal membership portal and ensure functionality and data accuracy.
  • Assist with marketing campaigns, sales outreach, and customer engagement.
  • Train staff and members on the use of membership portal, communicating best practices.
  • Support pre-sales and post-sales processes by assisting with prospecting, lead qualification, and conducting initial sales calls. 
  • Track all stages of sales processes and report on findings.
  • Other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Qualifications:

  • Excellent verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills.
  • Strong reporting and database management skills.
  • Highly organized and attentive to detail.
  • Exemplary problem-solving skills and ability to efficiently prioritize tasks and troubleshoot technical issues in a fast-paced environment.
  • Comprehensive understanding of sales workflows and sales technology tools.
  • Strong project management skills.
  • Ability to effectively communicate with staff across multiple departments.
  •  Demonstrated professionalism.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, Tableau, Power BI, and Salesforce helpful.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree.
  • Minimum of three (3) years of experience in sales operations and process management.

Salary: $65,000 – $70,000 per year
