Finance Analyst
Valedor Partners, a Texas-based private investment firm, is looking for an exceptional individual to join our team in Houston. Valedor invests capital for curated private investments in closely-held, U.S.-based businesses with $3 to $30 million in EBITDA, and a niche or otherwise highly defensible competitive position in a fragmented industry. We are sector agnostic but avoid upstream energy and real estate.
As a Finance Analyst, you will have the opportunity to work alongside the senior partners and core team of investment professionals to assess private equity investment opportunities.
General areas of responsibility will include:
- Financial modeling, including development of three-statement financial models, budgets & forecasts, working capital analysis, and related financial analysis
- General analysis including data collection, data analytics, and trend analysis
- Performance of Investment opportunity due diligence including market research
- Presentation development for investment opportunities for both internal and external review
- Project management of internal and external resources supporting current and potential investments
- Management of portfolio company valuation and reporting for limited partners
