Entry Level Sales Representative

Sperrow Marketing Inc is looking for an Entry Level Sales Representative ready to become a contributor to the growth of our firm. No experience is needed, WE WILL PROVIDE ALL THE TRAINING to be successful in this role. We do ask that you bring a positive attitude, unbeatable work ethic and love for helping people. We are not looking for just anyone, but an exceptional team member who is ready to become a part of the fastest growing company in the Youngstown, Ohio areas. 

Entry Level Sales Daily Responsibilities:

 Manage customer transactions

 Face to face customer service and sales within our retail stores

 Manage and track all customers

 Be the liaison between customers and our product

 Paid training and on-going development provided

 Weekly bonus and performance incentives

 Travel and fun trips throughout the year

 Weekly office and team building events

Qualifications

• B.S. or B.A. or in process in addition work experience in sales, marketing, retail, customer service, restaurant, bar, and other related industries
• Basic understanding of sales principles and techniques
• Willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to perform cold calling and engage potential clients
• Familiarity with retail sales and product demonstrations
• Enthusiasm for business development and account management

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship

Pay: $50,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
