Customer Service Lead
POSITION SUMMARY: The Customer Service Lead is responsible for supporting the Pink Rose Organix business, customer base, and sales team. This position is a direct representative of the brand, enabling retail sales growth by providing superior customer support to stores, growers, barns, riders, and sponsored entities. The position is responsible for executing on a set of tasks to help bring consistency to the Pink Rose Organix offering, while supporting the needs of the Account Managers and Managing Director.
− Full-Time Hours: 40 hours/week
− Based in El Dorado Hills, CA
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:
− Order entry, invoicing, accounts receivable, accounts payable
− Organize freight and execute on distribution to stores
− Support current accounts and sponsorships with marketing materials and gear
− Manage marketing material / gear inventory and reorders
− Support sales & marketing with coordinating events, shows, promotions
− Support sales & marketing with oversight of the ‘Monday’ CRM tool
− Help implementation and manage ERP (business operations) tool
− Oversight of Quality Assurance programs
− Help build and structure business for sustainable growth
− Occasionally attend events or team training
− Perform similar or other work-related duties as assigned
SKILL, KNOWLEDGE AND EXPERIENCE REQUIREMENTS:
− Customer service, sales or related experience suggested
− Strong organizational skills; demonstrated ability to schedule and prioritize workflow
− Ability to use Microsoft Office programs and common business tools
− Marketing, social media, technology experience a plus
− Experience in the equine or livestock industries
− Business acumen with a problem-solving attitude
− College degree (BS, BA, etc.) preferred
