Sales Manager

Job description:

Pure Naturals is a wholesale company for natural ingredients including cosmetic ingredients, fine chemicals, natural dyes, pharmaceutical intermediates, and food additives. We’re currently seeking a qualified sales representative to help sell the products. The sales representative will possess a comprehensive understanding of the sales process and excel at generating leads, building relationships, and successfully closing deals. The ideal candidate will be a quick learner who has strong searching & developing new clients and an ability to showcase our products in a compelling way. Often tasked with prospecting potential customers, initiating email correspondence, conducting phone & conference calls, giving presentations, attending networking events and trade shows.

Responsibilities:

  • Possess in-depth product knowledge and be able to conduct demos and handle objections.
  • Serves customers by selling products and achieve weekly, monthly, and annual sales quotas by successfully implementing sales and marketing strategies.
  • Identify prospects, schedule appointments, make qualifying sales calls, and manage sales cycle to close new business.
  • Develop and implement territory action plan using comprehensive data analysis, and adjusting sales techniques according to interactions and results in the field.
  • Keeps management informed by submitting activity and results reports, including daily call reports, weekly work plans, and monthly and annual territory analyses.
  • Coordinate with other sales representatives to ensure that quotas are met and company standards are maintained.
  • Monitors competition by gathering current marketplace information on pricing, products, new products, delivery schedules, and industry trends.
  • Assist in editing with the product articles for social medias.
  • Perform additional assigned tasks as required.

Preferred skills and qualifications: 

  • Associate’s degree or equivalent.
  • Two or more years of sales experience in a related industry.
  • Excellent communication, customer service, interpersonal, problem-solving, presentation, negotiation, and organizational skills.
  • Motivation for sales, and proven track record of meeting sales goals and exceeding sales quota.
  • Familiarity with office software and CRM,
  • Ability to travel to customer events.

Work Hours & Benefits: 

  • 8:30am-5:30pm.
