Location:  Cumming, Georgia 30041 – This position is onsite

Pay:  $19.35 depending upon previous related job experience
Must have 5+ years of banking call center to be considered at a higher rate

Schedule:  Every other Saturday required
Monday to Friday: 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM EST
Saturday: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM EST

Training schedule:  M-F, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM EST for (2) weeks

Job description:

  1. Provide professional and timely customer support via inbound/outbound calls and emails, addressing inquiries, complaints, and requests such as balance checks, transfers, and account updates.
  2. Follow communication protocols and scripts to ensure consistency and compliance with company procedures.
  3. Resolve issues within authority, identify customer needs, and provide effective solutions or alternatives; escalate priority issues when necessary.
  4. Route calls appropriately and conduct follow-ups on unresolved matters to ensure complete customer satisfaction.
  5. Meet performance goals and participate in ongoing training to stay updated on system changes, processes, and best practices.

Requirements:
