Event Marketing Assistant

As part of our marketing team, you’ll help execute live events, promotional campaigns, and brand activations—building valuable skills while working in a collaborative and fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the planning and execution of promotional events and marketing campaigns
- Represent client brands at events, trade shows, and community activations
- Set up and break down branded displays, booths, and marketing materials
- Engage with attendees to share brand messaging and enhance customer experience
- Collect customer feedback and support data tracking for marketing analytics
- Collaborate with the team to improve event outcomes and campaign strategies
- Maintain accurate event documentation and administrative records
- Support general marketing efforts as needed
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (some college coursework in Marketing, Business, or Communications preferred)
- Energetic, outgoing, and confident in interacting with the public
- Reliable, detail-oriented, and organized with a proactive mindset
- Able to work flexible hours, including weekends and occasional travel
- Strong communication and teamwork skills
- Experience in retail, customer service, or promotional events is a plus—but not required
