
Social Media Coordinator
Compensation: $22/hour
Hours: Part-time (6-8 hours per week)
Location: Remote (Must be based in the U.S.)

Through scholarships, mentorship programs, and community initiatives, PBA creates opportunities for emerging artists and creatives to thrive.
Position Overview
We are looking for a creative and motivated Social Media Coordinator to help expand PBA’s digital presence. This role is ideal for someone with a passion for social media, storytelling, and AAPI representation in the arts. The Social Media Coordinator will develop and manage engaging content, grow our online community, and support digital campaigns to amplify PBA’s mission.
Key Responsibilities:
- Create, schedule, and manage content across Instagram, Instagram, Facebook, TikTok.
- Design graphics, reels, and short-form videos to promote PBA’s programs, events, and artists
- Engage with PBA’s online audience by responding to comments, messages, and mentions
- Track social media performance metrics and suggest improvements for engagement
- Collaborate with the PBA team to develop content strategies for campaigns and fundraising initiatives
- Monitor social media trends and bring fresh, creative ideas to PBA’s digital platforms
Qualifications & Skills:
- Strong understanding of social media trends, engagement strategies, and platform algorithms
- Experience in content creation tools like Canva, CapCut, or Adobe Creative Suite
- Strong writing and communication skills with a creative approach
- Passion for AAPI representation in music, arts, and culture
- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive in content planning
- Some experience in social media management, marketing, or communications preferred
