Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
- Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, including scheduling travel and logistics.
- Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
- Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
- Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
- Organize training and development programs with the PeopleOps team.
- Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and coordinating training events.
What We're Looking For:
- Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
- Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
- Ability to pass background screening requirements.
