People Operations Intern

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist with recruitment processes, including posting job openings, screening resumes, and coordinating interviews.
  • Support onboarding and orientation programs for new hires, including scheduling travel and logistics.
  • Maintain and update employee records and HR databases.
  • Participate in employee engagement activities and initiatives.
  • Assist in developing and implementing HR policies and procedures.
  • Organize training and development programs with the PeopleOps team.
  • Provide administrative support, including scheduling meetings and coordinating training events.

What We're Looking For:

  • Currently pursuing a degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, or a related field.
  • Basic understanding of HR principles and practices.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HR software.
  • Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy.
  • Ability to pass background screening requirements.
