Ticket Seller

Duties

• Greet customers warmly and assist them with ticket selections and purchases
• Offer knowledgeable recommendations based on event and service offerings
• Efficiently and accurately process transactions
• Achieve daily sales goals
• Stay informed about event information, pricing, and promotions
• Handle any customer inquiries or concerns professionally

Qualifications

• Previous experience in sales or customer service is preferred but not required
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Excellent problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team setting
• Basic math skills to handle transactions accurately
