Sales Prospecting Specialist

The Opportunity:
We’re hiring a Sales Prospecting Specialist to be on the front lines of our business development efforts. This is an entry-level, high-activity role designed for someone who’s outgoing, persistent, and hungry to grow in the world of sales.

You won’t be closing deals (yet), but you’ll play a critical role in filling our pipeline with qualified leads and setting the stage for our senior team to win business. If you're sharp, resilient, and ready to prove yourself in a fast-paced environment, this is your launchpad.

What You’ll Do:

  • Make high-volume outbound calls to new prospects daily
  • Research target companies and identify key decision-makers
  • Qualify leads and schedule intro calls for our Business Development team
  • Maintain detailed records in our CRM (HubSpot)
  • Use email, phone, and LinkedIn for multi-touch prospecting
  • Collaborate with the sales and marketing team to refine outreach messaging
  • Hit and exceed weekly outreach and call activity goals

Who You Are:

  • Eager to build a long-term sales career in a growing company
  • Organized, dependable, and tech-savvy (experience with HubSpot is a plus)
  • Prior customer service, call center, or sales experience is a plus—but not required
