What You’ll Be Doing: 

As a Video + AI Content Editor, your role will be diverse and impactful, contributing to the creation of engaging and resonant video content across various TV and social media platforms. You’ll also play a key role in consistently researching and experimenting with cutting-edge AI tools to enhance video editing and production workflows. Your responsibilities will primarily include:

  • Video Editing: Proficiently editing video footage, ensuring seamless transitions, visual coherence, and storytelling continuity. 
  • AI Enhanced Storytelling: We create original footage, and we also harness cutting-edge AI to generate hyper-realistic video content. You'll be hands-on with researching, testing, and using the latest AI video tools to push our creative boundaries. If you're excited by the fusion of storytelling and emerging tech, this is your moment.
  • Sound Editing: Mastering sound quality, enhancing audio tracks, and synchronizing audio with video for a seamless viewing experience.
  • Visual Aesthetics: Enhancing the overall visual appeal of projects through the careful selection of colors, layouts, and design elements.
  • Animation: Producing engaging animations, from concept and storyboarding to final execution, to convey ideas effectively.
  • Post-Production: Combining video and audio elements to create a cohesive final product that aligns with project objectives.

Please note this is a sample of what you’ll be doing. This role may require occasional travel to and from customer locations. This job requires you to be able to adapt to change quickly in order to deliver an exceptional customer experience. What You’ll Need: 

  • Drive to explore and adopt the latest AI video creation tools to generate realistic content and push creative boundaries. 
  • Self-starter mentality for actively researching, self-teaching, and experimenting with emerging technology.  
  • Proficiency in editing raw footage into polished content with seamless transitions, pacing, and a strong narrative. (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, iMovie, VEGAS Pro)  
  • Strong eye for design, with the ability to elevate video projects through thoughtful color grading, composition, and branding consistency.
  • Skilled in optimizing audio quality, syncing sound with visuals, and enhancing the auditory experience for clarity and impact. (e.g., Adobe Audition or Audacity)
  • The ability to work under deadlines and a dedication to achieving high-quality results.
  • Experience creating on-camera content tailored for social media platforms, with a strong drive to stay current on trends and emerging platforms to keep content fresh, relevant, and engaging.
  • Ability to work closely with the marketing team to devise and implement effective social media strategies to increase brand awareness, engagement, and follower growth.
  • Ability to be in a stationary position (sitting or standing) for extended periods (2+ hours).
  • Ability to frequently move Audio/Visual equipment weighing up to 25 pounds to various filming locations.
  • Ability to regularly move about inside and outside the office, including customer and event locations, both indoors and outdoors.

Location & Commitments:

This full-time role requires a weekly, minimum commitment of 40 hours on-site in our Canton, OH headquarters. This is a 100% in-office position, not a remote position. Working hours are typically from 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM ET, Monday through Friday, though they may vary based on events and customer schedules. 

This position is open to all candidates who legally reside and are eligible to work in the United States and are available to work onsite in our Canton, OH office.  Please note this role may occasionally require you to be on camera.

This position offers a starting wage of $23.00 an hour.
