Business Analyst

Job Title: Business Analyst

Job Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic Business Analyst with a strong focus on Go-To-Market (GTM) strategy and execution. This role will be pivotal in building out the execution of GTM strategies by designing business value frameworks and creating high-impact collateral to support sales cycles and inbound marketing activities. The ideal candidate will combine analytical rigor with strategic thinking and excellent communication skills to drive successful market entry and growth initiatives.

 

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and refine Go-To-Market strategies by conducting rigorous market research, analyzing market trends, customer behavior, and competitive positioning to ensure optimal market penetration.
  • Create and maintain business value frameworks that clearly articulate the value proposition of products or services, supporting both sales enablement and marketing messaging throughout the customer journey.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, marketing, product, and customer success teams to ensure alignment on GTM objectives, messaging, and execution plans.
  • Design, develop, and update GTM collateral—including sales presentations, case studies, whitepapers, product one-pagers, and digital assets—to support the sales cycle and enhance inbound marketing efforts.
  • Support the development and implementation of pricing strategies, product positioning, and targeted marketing campaigns based on market and customer insights.
  • Develop proactive monitor industry trends and emerging opportunities, proactively recommending adjustments to GTM strategies and collateral to maintain competitive advantage
     

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to synthesize and interpret complex data and translate insights into actionable business strategies
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to craft compelling collateral and present findings to diverse stakeholders
  • Proficiency in data GenAI tools (ChatGPT, Perplexity etc.), analysis tools, and Microsoft Office / Google Workspace.
  • Demonstrated ability to collaborate effectively across teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Economics, or a related field

 

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Experience in B2B software and technology sectors
  • Familiarity with sales enablement tools and inbound marketing best practices.

Other Requirements

  • Remote employees must be based within the US and not based in the pacific time zone.  
  • Must be authorized to work in the United States and not require visa sponsorship now or at any time in the future.  
  • Must be Fluent in English

Time requirements

  • 20-40 hours per week
  • June-August 2025;  May be extended based on performance.

Compensation and benefits

  • Range:  $17-25 per hour, depending on experience
