About Us:

Earl Young’s Team is a Dallas-based nonprofit with a mission to increase awareness for the need for blood, stem cell, and bone marrow donors — giving patients battling blood cancer a second chance at life.

We use storytelling, social media, and community engagement to inspire people to join the donor registry and help save lives.

About the Role:

We’re looking for a creative, driven Social Media Intern to help us share our mission, tell powerful stories, and grow our digital presence — especially on TikTok, Instagram, and Facebook.

This is an incredible opportunity to build your portfolio, use your skills for good, and be part of a mission-driven team.

Responsibilities:

- Create content for TikTok, Instagram & Facebook
- Share inspiring donor and patient stories
- Capture behind-the-scenes footage at events and donor drives
- Help grow our online audience and community engagement
- Collaborate with our team on creative campaigns

Who You Are:

- Passionate about content creation, storytelling, and social media trends
- Skilled in short-form video creation (TikTok, Reels, etc.)
- Strong communicator and creative thinker
- Interested in nonprofit work and using your voice for good
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and collaboratively

Internship Details:

- Approx. 10–15 hours per week
- Flexible schedule — remote with occasional in-person events (Dallas-based)
- School credit available or stipend based on experience
- Start Date: Spring or Summer 2025
