What You’ll Do
As a College Ambassador Manager, you’ll be at the heart of our student outreach strategy. Your job is to recruit, train, and support high school student ambassadors who will spread the word about Undergraduation.com in their schools and communities.
You will:
- Source and recruit high school students from across the U.S. to become ambassadors
- Host virtual onboarding sessions and create resources to help ambassadors succeed
- Manage and mentor your own cohort of 10–25 high school ambassadors
- Track ambassador performance, help motivate them, and share their success stories
- Organize ambassador competitions, challenges, and campaigns
- Help shape the future of our student community and brand voice
- Contribute ideas to social media campaigns and outreach experiments
Who You Are
- A current college student (class of 2025–2027 preferred)
- Passionate about education, college access, or student advocacy
- A great communicator – you’re comfortable talking to peers and younger students
- Organized, self-driven, and comfortable managing multiple conversations at once
- Bonus if you’ve led a club, program, or team before
- Social media savvy or past experience in marketing/student outreach is a plus
