The Sales Development Representative (SDR) will be instrumental in generating new business opportunities by making outbound calls, cleaning and building targeted lists, and preparing mailers. The ideal candidate will be proactive, detail-oriented, and possess excellent communication skills.
Key Responsibilities:

Make Outbound Calls:
Conduct outbound calls to potential clients, introducing Katalism’s cybersecurity solutions and qualifying leads for our sales team. -
List Cleaning:
Regularly update and maintain the accuracy of prospect lists, ensuring all information is current and relevant for effective outreach. -
List Building:
Research and identify potential leads through various channels, including social media, online databases, and industry events, to create targeted prospect lists. -
Prep Mailers:
Prepare and organize mailers for outreach campaigns, ensuring timely delivery and effective messaging to engage prospects about our services.
Qualifications:
- Sales or related field experience is a plus, but not required.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational skills.
- Proficient in using CRM software and sales tools.
