
Social Media / Marketing / Event Coordination / Operations Manager
Lark LA is seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Creative Operations Coordinator to
join our dynamic team. This role is crucial in coordinating and managing the operations of our
events while also engaging with clients and contributing to creative design processes. The ideal
candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a high level of organization, and a flair for
creativity.
Key Responsibilities:
Event Coordination:
o Manage the logistics and operations of floral events from inception to
completion.
o Coordinate with vendors, suppliers, and team members to ensure seamless
event execution.
Operational Management:
o Maintain detailed records of event schedules, client preferences, and inventory.
o Ensure all project timelines are met and workflows are optimized.
o Troubleshoot and resolve any issues that arise during the planning and execution
of events.
Client Engagement:
o Meet with clients as needed to understand their vision, preferences, and
requirements.
o Maintain regular communication with clients to provide updates and address
concerns.
Creative Design:
o Create and present mood boards to clients to visualize design concepts.
o Develop and send photos to editorial publications for promotional purposes.
o Create and schedule engaging social media content to showcase floral designs
and events.

Outcomes for Success:
1. Event Execution:
o Successfully coordinate and manage at least 10 floral events per quarter with no
major operational issues.
o Receive positive feedback from clients and vendors regarding the seamless
execution of events.
2. Client Satisfaction:
o Maintain a client satisfaction rating of 90% or higher.
o Effectively communicate with clients, ensuring their vision is accurately
translated into floral designs.
3. Creative Contribution:
o Develop and present mood boards that meet client expectations and result in
approved design concepts for at least 8 out of 10 proposals.
o Successfully submit high-quality photos to editorials, resulting in at least 3
featured publications per quarter.
4. Operational Efficiency:
o Ensure all event-related tasks are completed on time and within budget.
o Maintain organized and accurate records, resulting in a 100% accuracy rate in
project documentation and inventory management.
