2025 PAID Project Management Internship – Pharmaceutical (Healthcare / Medical) Marketing Agency

Heller is the agency with HEART. We are a pharmaceutical and medical device marketing agency employing virtually across the US. We are a fully remote company in search of the brightest minds interested in marketing!
As a Project Management Intern, we will have you jump right in, assisting with the day-to-day project needs. We will teach you the skills it takes to manage the workflow for multiple projects and collaborate with various team members to complete the tasks needed to get the job done based on client business needs and resource availability. In this internship you’ll assist in coordination of campaign and project activities, ensure proper routing through appropriate channels, and learn more about the pharmaceutical advertising space, specifically regarding project management and so much more. You will work on a wide range of promotional projects for both print and digital including but not limited to patient brochures, digital flyers, eBlasts, social media posts, and websites.
The Project Management team will teach you the agency processes, and how to build timelines based on project objectives, and scope, for assigned projects and how to keep projects on track toward deadlines. Through interactions with the project team, interns will receive mentorship and support to help their success on the engagement. Throughout the 8 weeks we designate to this program you will be working on relevant projects, learning about the field, making industry connections, and developing both hard and soft skills needed for this position. Our hope is that after completing the 10-week internship you will want to join our team, full time, as a Project Coordinator!

That means you will be asked to own projects, have a point-of-view, meet deadlines, and join in on all of the nitty-gritty of our day-to-day work.
Qualifications:
- Entry Level or Recent graduate from a relevant undergraduate or portfolio school program. Please do not apply if you have not yet graduated.
- Ability to display knowledge, aptitude, and willingness to embrace new projects, including print, digital, event, etc.
- Self-starter who demonstrates initiative when exploring team/client needs, responding to requests, and learning marketing principles and pharma industry market dynamics
- Excellent time management skills and an ability to prioritize work
- Must have basic understanding and working relationship with Microsoft 360 Suite as well as experience in database, spreadsheet, word processing, and internet navigation software
- Must possess excellent verbal and written communication skills to communicate with our internal team as well as clients and vendors
- Team player mentality and a positive attitude
- Ability to jump in and help however you’re needed
- Interested in Advertising/Marketing, Communication, Customer Service, and Love of Science is a plus as we are a niche Pharmaceutical Advertising Agency.
- Must be available to work 35-40 hours per week for 8 weeks
- You must sign a confidentiality agreement and be able to pass a simple background check

Pay Transparency: The range above represents the low and high end of the base salary someone in this role may earn as an employee of Heller, Inc. in the United States. Salaries will vary based on various factors including but not limited to professional and academic experience, training, associated responsibilities, and other business and organizational needs. The range listed is just one component of our total compensation package for employees. Salary decisions are dependent on the circumstances of each hire.
