We are seeking a Human Resource Recruiting Intern to support our recruiting team in various back-end functions. This role will focus on assisting with the administrative and organizational aspects of recruiting, including creating templates, scheduling interviews, developing Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), researching job posting platforms, and organizing candidate pools in our CRM. The intern will work closely with the HR Director and Recruiter to streamline recruiting processes and ensure smooth operations.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in creating and maintaining recruiting templates for job postings, interview schedules, and communications.
  • Schedule interviews and coordinate candidate interactions with the recruiting team.
  • Develop and update SOPs related to recruiting processes and best practices.
  • Research and evaluate job posting platforms to identify new and effective options for sourcing candidates.
  • Organize and manage the CRM system, ensuring candidate information is accurately recorded and tracked.
  • Support candidate pool management, helping to maintain and update records of potential hires.
  • Collaborate with the HR Director and Recruiter to improve efficiency and effectiveness in recruiting efforts.

 

Requirements

  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks.
  • Excellent communication skills both written and verbal.
  • Familiarity with CRM systems (preferred but not required).
  • Interest in human resources and recruitment processes.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
