- Starting Base Salary: $22 per hour.
- Monthly Productivity Bonus: Eligible for a performance-based monthly bonus.

Job Description:

As a Client Service Manager at Inspire Health, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring that our clients receive top-notch care and service from the moment they walk through our doors. Your primary responsibility will be to manage and enhance the overall client experience. We are seeking an individual who is passionate about delivering exceptional customer service, dedicated to building lasting relationships, and has a keen understanding of the Cash Pay Physical Therapy and Pilates industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Client Engagement: Create a welcoming and friendly atmosphere for clients, providing a positive first impression.

- Client Relationships: Build strong and lasting relationships with clients, understanding their individual needs, goals, and concerns.

- Client Support: Serve as the main point of contact for client inquiries, feedback, and concerns. Efficiently resolve issues and address concerns in a professional and timely manner.

- Scheduling and Appointment Management: Effectively manage appointment scheduling, ensuring optimal utilization of our therapists' and instructors' time. Accommodate client preferences when scheduling appointments.

- Administrative Duties: Maintain accurate and up-to-date client records, including contact information, health history, progress notes, and consent forms. Handle billing, invoicing, and payment processing in accordance with company policies.

- Sales and Marketing Support: Collaborate with the marketing team to implement strategies that attract and retain clients. Promote new services, packages, and promotions to existing clients.

- MINDBODY Online Expertise:  If you have experience with MINDBODY Online, it's a plus. You'll be responsible for managing the platform and leveraging its capabilities to streamline scheduling and enhance the client experience.

- Facility  Management:** Ensure our studio is clean, organized, and inviting for clients. Coordinate maintenance and repairs for facilities to maintain a safe and efficient environment.

Requirements:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, hospitality, or a related field preferred.
- Previous experience in a client-facing role, preferably in a healthcare or fitness-related industry.
- Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills.
- Proficiency in scheduling software and client management systems.
- Passion for health and wellness, and an understanding of physical therapy and pilates principles.
- Strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
- Positive attitude, adaptability, and a collaborative team spirit.
