Associate Attorney

Small, fast-paced law firm with offices in Phoenix, Las Vegas, and Reno seeks Arizona licensed Associate Attorney with experience in litigation and business transactions. While the office is in Phoenix, we are open to interviewing attorneys from the Tuscon metropolitan area. At least three years of experience is desired but recent bar admittees may apply.
Candidate will have high standards, excellent attention to detail, be forward thinking, and be described as courteous, mature, and a relaxed team player. Candidate will be eager to take this opportunity to learn, grow, and achieve superior results.
Work will include tasks related to litigation, as well as corporate formation and licensing, contract preparation, collection efforts, and some estate planning. The possibility for a flexible work arrangement (hybrid work) may be discussed at the time of the interview.
