Summer Internship: AI Integration & Innovation Intern

Location: Natick, MA (In-Person) 

Duration: Summer 2025 (8–10 weeks)

About the Internship 

We are launching a new summer internship focused on exploring how Artificial Intelligence (AI) tools can enhance operational efficiency within the construction industry. This internship offers a unique opportunity to research, evaluate, and help shape the future of technology adoption at a leading luxury construction company. 

You’ll be working closely with our CEO and company leadership to identify high-impact AI tools that can improve internal workflows, automate routine tasks, and support decision-making across construction, project management, and administrative functions. 

What You’ll Do 

• Research AI tools and technologies relevant to the construction industry (project management, estimating, documentation, reporting, etc.) 

• Interview internal team members to understand current workflows, challenges, and areas where automation or AI could add value 

• Evaluate top AI platforms and tools based on cost, ease of implementation, and integration with our existing systems

• Assist in developing an AI implementation roadmap and present findings to company leadership 

• Create a summary report of recommendations and opportunities for pilot testing 

What We’re Looking For 

• A strong interest in technology and business operations or construction

• Solid research and analytical skills (experience with case studies, product comparisons, etc.) 

• Clear communication and presentation skills 

• Self-motivated and organized—able to manage an independent research project

• Bonus: Familiarity with tools like Procore, ChatGPT, Excel, Buildertrend, etc.
