Production Intern

The Production Intern will provide hands-on support to the production team by assisting with tasks such as inventory management, part preparation, product assembly, and general production operations. The intern will collaborate closely with the Production Manager to ensure efficient workflows and timely identification of any production issues or defects.

Duties and responsibilities

Production Support:

• Assist in fulfilling production orders, including tasks such as inventory counts, part cleaning, component assembly, and product builds.
• Follow detailed work instructions and documentation to ensure consistent, high-quality output.
• Conduct in-process and final inspections of parts and assemblies to verify they meet established quality standards.
• Promptly report any discrepancies, defects, or process issues to the Production Manager.

Collaboration:

• Work directly with the Production Manager to support daily production activities and priorities.
• Communicate effectively with team members to maintain smooth and efficient production operations.
• Contribute to a team-oriented environment by supporting continuous improvement initiatives.
