We are launching an exciting new division specifically designed to support top high school and college athletes as they navigate the complex world of Name, Image, and Likeness (NIL) opportunities. Our mission is to help athletes transform these opportunities into life-changing experiences for themselves, their families, and their communities.

### INTERNSHIP OVERVIEW

**Position Type:** 100% Remote, 100% Flexible

**Compensation:** Academic Credit, Volunteer Experience, or Potential Paid Stipend

**Start Date:** Immediate openings available

### WHAT YOU'LL DO

- Help develop a personalized athlete-specific interface for our program

- Support athletes in discovering and articulating their purpose beyond sports

- Assist in creating social media strategies that align with athletes' personal brands

- Contribute to building infrastructure that connects athletes to mental health resources, financial literacy, leadership development, and more

- Participate in weekly team sessions focused on purpose-driven initiatives

- Help athletes refine their personal narratives and create compelling introductions for their causes

- Dynamic and motivated student leaders passionate about athlete development

- Individuals interested in sports management, marketing, communications, or related fields
