HR Intern

This is an HR Internship. Only candidates pursuing a degree in HR or Psychology will be considered. 

Global X ETFs, the New York-based provider of Exchange Traded Funds and Great Place to Work® Certified company is seeking a highly motivated professional to join our growing team in the position of HR Intern which will support our People function during the months of May through July 2025.  

Primary Responsibilities

• Assist the VP of HR in executing various HR initiatives such as:
  • Complete update of electronic file keeping
  • Crafting and launching Notion People Ops site
  • Benefits open enrollment
  • Talent Acquisition overhaul

Required Skills

• The qualified candidate will be enrolled in an undergraduate degree program focused in Human Resources/Human Capital Management and will have a base level understanding of HR operations and compliance.
