Farm & Agritainment Intern

About the Role:
We're seeking a motivated, hands-on Farm & Agritainment Intern to assist both our Agricultural and Agritainment teams. This unique internship offers a mix of behind-the-scenes farm operations and guest-facing experiences, ideal for someone interested in agriculture, sustainability, and agritourism. You'll help with seasonal planting, harvesting, and animal care—while also supporting interactive farm attractions and special events for guests.

Responsibilities:

Assist with planting, weeding, harvesting, and other crop maintenance

Support daily animal care (feeding, cleaning, guest interaction)

Help maintain cleanliness and safety of guest-facing farm areas

Assist with the setup and operation of seasonal attractions (hayrides, U-pick, corn mazes, etc.)

Provide friendly, knowledgeable guest service during public events

Collaborate with the Agritainment Manager on educational programming and hands-on activities

Support event staff with logistics and setup for farm-based private events

Requirements:

Positive attitude and strong work ethic

Willingness to work outdoors in various weather conditions

Weekend availability required

Interest in agriculture, hospitality, or event management

Must be 18+ and able to lift 40+ lbs

Comfortable interacting with guests of all ages, especially children

No farm experience necessary—we’re happy to train the right person!
