Key Responsibilities
- Assist with the creation and execution of marketing strategies for nonprofit campaigns and events
- Conduct market research to identify new opportunities, trends, and target audiences
- Support business development outreach to engage partners, sponsors, and community leaders
- Help organize and promote events, sponsorships, and activations
- Present creative ideas to internal teams and external stakeholders
- Track campaign performance and contribute to data analysis and reporting
- Collaborate across departments on marketing and development initiatives
Ideal Candidate Qualifications
- Strong interest in marketing, branding, communications, or business strategy
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills
- Detail-oriented and able to manage multiple projects or deadlines
- Self-starter with the ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Familiarity with digital marketing tools, Canva, Google Workspace, or social platforms a plus
- Prior experience in marketing, events, or client services is helpful but not required
