What We Do:

Our business is a rapidly growing client placement firm that needs an assistant who can unload our CEO from tasks that can be delegated, freeing him to grow the business.

Key Duties:

  • Screen emails and manage the CEO’s calendar
  • Online ordering, shopping, and errands
  • Help prepare, attend, and recap meetings
  • Plan travel, book flights, hotel and restaurant reservations at business trips/events
  • Independent web research with robust results to determine optimal solution

Skills:

  • Killer organizational skills and eagle-eye detail
  • On time, every time—reliability is non-negotiable
  • Entrepreneurial drive to learn and pitch in
  • Valid driver’s license and your own ride
  • Cool with occasional trade show travel

Compensation: $45k–$55k/year (plus full benefits - over $60k total value!)
