Join our dynamic Marketing team as a Graphic Design Intern and play a pivotal role in creating impactful visual content across multiple channels, including print, digital, web, and video. You'll assist in designing marketing collateral, presentations, banners, emails, social media posts, signage, infographics, branded items, and more. This is a fantastic opportunity to hone your skills and contribute to diverse projects in a collaborative environment.
 
Who is Visit Phoenix? We are a non-profit organization that promotes the Greater Phoenix community to a global audience of travelers. We book conventions at the Phoenix Convention Center, area resorts & hotels and provide research for the benefit of our members.
 
Key Responsibilities:

• Assist in updating existing marketing collateral and developing new materials.
• Create and update graphics for our website, email campaigns, and social media posts.
• Design branded documents, brochures, and flyers.
• Support design projects from initial concept to final production, ensuring brand consistency.
 
Essential Skills:

• Proficiency in Apple and Windows operating systems.
• Expertise in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator) and knowledge of video
editing software (Premiere Pro).
• Familiarity with Adobe Express is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks within deadlines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Excellent collaboration and teamwork abilities.
• Superior time-management, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High attention to detail and accuracy.
