Marketing Agency Intern

Overview

As a Marketing Intern at Hydrostudios.com, you will gain hands-on experience across multiple facets of digital marketing, including email marketing, social media, project management, marketing automation, and CRM systems (notably HubSpot). This role is ideal for a proactive, detail-oriented student or recent graduate eager to develop practical skills in a fast-paced, creative environment.

 

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the planning, creation, and execution of email marketing campaigns, including drafting content, scheduling, testing, and analyzing performance metrics
  • Collaborate with the marketing team to help design and implement integrated marketing campaigns across various digital channels
  • Set up, customize, and maintain HubSpot accounts, including CRM data entry, cleaning, and management
  • Help automate marketing workflows and optimize campaign performance using HubSpot and other marketing automation tools
  • Participate in project management activities, such as tracking progress, coordinating meetings, and supporting campaign execution
  • Contribute to content creation for blogs, landing pages, and promotional materials
  • Analyze and report on marketing and sales performance, providing insights to optimize strategies
  • Stay updated on digital marketing trends, tools, and best practices

 

Desired Qualifications

  • Currently enrolled in or recently graduated from a Bachelor’s program in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field
  • Familiarity with email marketing, social media platforms, and digital marketing concepts
  • Basic understanding of CRM and marketing automation tools, especially HubSpot; experience with other platforms (e.g., Mailchimp, Salesforce) is a plus
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Excellent organizational, multitasking, and analytical abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite or Google Workspace
  • Creative thinker with a willingness to learn and contribute ideas
