Sales Lead Development Intern

Business And Technology Solutions (BATS), LLC, a locally focused dedicated provider of Talent Solutions headquartered on Industrial Drive in North Smithfield, RI, is looking to expand our team due to our growth and client demand. All BATS team members take pride in building and maintaining strong ethical business relationships, providing personalized service, and fulfilling the unique needs of those in our network. BATS Interns are paid an hourly wage and participate in the BATS Intern Incentive Program.

As a BATS Sales Lead Development Intern, you will:

·        Research and build call material using a variety of available tools

·        Actively pursue, build, and maintain business relationships with our local target audiences by learning and executing BATS’ best in class processes and standards

·        Assertively pursue, generate, and document marketplace intelligence and leads

Ideal candidates will have:

·        An entrepreneurial spirit, a willingness to learn from industry experts, and an insatiable drive to be the incubator of relationships, business intelligence, and business activity

·        Positive attitude, assertiveness, integrity, and strong business ethics

·        Experience with Microsoft Office / Office 365 suite of applications

·        Fearless approach towards leading phone and video business conversations

·        Exceptional verbal and written communication and interpersonal skills

·        Any experience managing a sales database / CRM application is a plus

·        Willingness / ability to be onsite daily / per agreed upon work schedule - this is not a hybrid position

·        We are seeking candidates for at least 6 – 12 months; this position brings the potential for full time direct hire after the successful completion of the internship
