Behavior Technician

KBS is looking to hire several Behavior Technicians for 20-30 hours per week. Hours can be flexible, but are typically between 8am and 6pm, Monday through Friday. We have several available positions in the Greater Dayton and Greater Cincinnati region. We provide ABA services in homes and in school settings, so some commuting within each region would be required. This position would start off part time, but we have options available to increase hours for qualified staff.

Candidates have ideally completed at least 48 semester hours at an accredited university. No experience with Applied Behavior Analysis is necessary but we prefer candidates who have some experience with individuals with special needs and who are willing to learn. We will provide training and work with candidates to gain the Registered Behavior Technician credential. Free supervision for those needing to meet competency requirements for the RBT. Pay ranges from $15.00-21.00 depending on experience and education.
