Assistant Intern (Music Industry) - LA

Jades Goudreault is looking for an Assistant Intern or someone who'd like to gain experience as a Day to Day Artist Manager. Ideally someone who already has some understanding of the music industry + publishing.  (open to long term)

Montreal-born, LA-based artist + Songwriter Jades Goudreault has recieved support from radio, including iHeartRadio, SiriusXM, has amassed 40M streams on Spotify alone, was just featured on their New Music Friday Canada BILLBOARD in Toronto + has been featured on 50 Spotify-curated playlists including: New Music Friday (US [4 times], Fresh Finds, Pop Sauce, SALT, Young & Free + RADAR. When she's not working on her own artist project, you'll catch her writing for artists such as Grant Knoche, Shuba, Brooke Alex + many more. She's had 30 sync placements in the past 8 months (including a national Walmart commercial and CBS image branding campaign) + has received praise from the likes of: Dove Cameron, Perez Hilton, Chloe Bennet, Marshmallow etc.. Her recent release "JUICE BOX" has fans craving for more. She's currently working on her 2025 album. 


Tasks include: 

Sync + Publishing:  
- Registering songs on ASCAP, MLC, SoundExchange etc…  
- Metadata 
- Organizing + uploading music to Disco 
- Research TV shows/Film, + Music supervisors 
- Pitching songs 

Socials + Marketing: 
- Helping with brainstorming content + researching trends 
- Running and testing ads on socials 
- Crafting great captions, editing short lyric videos etc… 
- Run and post on a test tiktok account 
- Creative ways to get more fan emails, build email list, fan engament. 
start street team. 

Communication + Organization: 
- Managing emails 
- Scheduling (writing sessions, meetings…)  

Industry + Collaborations: 
- Researching tours + reaching out for opening slots. 
- Finding brand collaborations 
- A&R (finding + reaching out to producers, artists…) 
- Going to events to network + help make contacts. 
- Finding other ways to grow (opportunity to try ideas)
