Job Overview:

We’re seeking a creative and reliable YouTube Content Creator with skills in videography, drone operation, and video editing to help bring our real estate brand to life online. This is a part-time role (approx. 10 hours/week) perfect for a visual storyteller who’s passionate about real estate, architecture, and creating compelling digital content that connects with an audience.

Responsibilities:

Film property tours, agent interviews, neighborhood highlights, behind-the-scenes clips, and real estate lifestyle content.

Operate cameras, gimbals, drones, and audio equipment to capture professional-quality footage.

Edit videos for YouTube and social media, including color grading, audio mixing, and adding graphics/branding.

Create engaging and optimized content for YouTube, including thumbnails, titles, and descriptions.

Research ideas on new neighborhoods to explore or unique real estate realted content ideas 

Stay current on YouTube and real estate content trends to keep our channel fresh and engaging.

Organize and manage video files for streamlined editing and publishing.
