Hourly Pay: $20/hour
Hours: 15 hours per week

Position Overview:
We are seeking a Legal Intern specializing in business or real estate law to join our Orlando office. This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain hands-on legal experience in a professional setting, supporting our legal and project management teams on a variety of real estate and business law matters.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist with reviewing, drafting, and editing legal documents, including contracts, agreements, and term sheets.
• Conduct legal research on zoning, land use, real estate development, and corporate compliance matters.
• Support the legal team in ensuring that company operations comply with applicable laws and regulations.
• Collaborate with project managers and landowners to address legal considerations in development projects.
• Prepare summaries and reports on legal findings and recommendations.
• Serve as a liaison between outside counsel and Vantem's internal real estate team.
• Participate in team meetings to provide input on legal and contractual issues.

Qualifications:

• Currently enrolled in a law program with a focus on business or real estate law.
• Strong research, analytical, and writing skills.
• Familiarity with legal terminology and contract law principles.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with legal research is a plus.
