All Things Rugby is expanding its global content team and looking for passionate Rugby Content Creators around the world! If you love the sport and enjoy making content that entertains and engages fans online, we want to hear from you.

As a Rugby Content Creator, you’ll help shape how fans experience the game digitally – from behind-the-scenes moments to hype reels, fan interviews, and trend-driven rugby content.

Key Responsibilities:

Create, edit, and publish short-form content for Instagram Reels, TikTok, and YouTube Shorts

Brainstorm and execute creative ideas aligned with current rugby events and trends

Capture fan reactions, match-day excitement, and viral rugby moments

Collaborate with the All Things Rugby team on content calendars and brand campaigns

Bring bold, fun, and fresh energy to the global rugby conversation

Qualifications:

A deep passion for rugby and a strong understanding of the sport and its culture

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Premiere Pro, Photoshop) or Canva

Experience with mobile video editing apps and short-form content

Creativity and confidence in developing unique, shareable concepts

Bonus: You already attend matches or create rugby-related content
