Assistant Office Manager & Customer Service Representative

Veterinary Client care & Business Administration:

            Supervising Kennel staff & assistants

            Inventory Management: including ordering, stocking

            Patient reminders

           Triage Daily Dilemmas

 

Receptionist: 

            Front Desk & Telephone

                        Client communications: Call backs etc.

                        Pet Care & Equine Info

                        Parasite Control & prevention education

                        Prophylactic Health Care Info

                        Scheduling patients

                        Screen personal calls

                        Triage (prioritize Client/ Patient needs)

            Computer Experience: Word, Excel & database programs (Mac Computers)

            Daily bookkeeping

            Filing

            Sales 

 

Business Promotion & Marketing:

            New client, referral, & other seasonal newsletters

            News paper articles etc.

            Weekly Facebook page updating 

 

This position encompasses all of the responsibilities listed above and requires strong communication, management, problem-solving, and leadership skills. Basic computer knowledge is essential, along with a willingness to continue learning and developing all of these skills over time.
