Outside Sales Representative (Entry Level)

Rural Business Development Advisors (RBDA) is seeking motivated and outgoing recent or soon-to-be college graduates to join our expanding sales team. As an Entry Level Outside Sales Representative, you'll play a hands-on role in helping rural businesses grow by promoting and selling their products directly to local farmers, retailers, and agricultural communities.

This is a flexible opportunity that offers real-world experience in sales, agriculture, and relationship management. You'll have the opportunity to earn uncapped commission along with your salary. You’ll gain practical career skills while supporting real businesses making an impact in rural America.

Key Responsibilities:

• Promote and sell products from rural-based businesses to farmers and local retailers
• Identify sales opportunities and engage prospective customers
• Schedule and attend in-person meetings and product demonstrations
• Build and maintain relationships with customers in your assigned territory
• Track and report on sales activity and customer feedback

Minimum Requirements:

• Must reside in the United States
• Must have reliable transportation (some rural roads may be unpaved)
