About Us:

Pikes Peak Respite Services is dedicated to providing safe, quality, and
worry-free care for your loved ones. We offer respite services, family
advocacy, community accessibility, homemaker, and mentorship services.

Roles & Responsibilities:

Direct Support Provider: Build compassionate relationships with clients
while adhering to care guidelines. Services may include Respite,
Homemaker, Community Connector, Mentorship, or Host Home opportunities.

Child Youth Mentor: Collaborate with families to support children and youth
through crisis intervention, school or therapy collaboration, and
preventing out-of-home placements. Establish trust, provide guidance, and
engage in educational and fun activities.

Qualifications:

High School Diploma or Equivalent
Experience with Developmental Disabilities (preferred but not required)
Professionalism and focus on individualized care
Effective communication skills
Valid driver's license and clean motor vehicle record (if applicable)
Clear background screening and reference checks
Ability to track progress via a web-based system
Job Details:

Types: Full-time, Part-time, Internship
Pay: $18.00 - $28.00 per hour

Schedule Options: 10-hour shifts, 12-hour shifts, 4-hour shifts,
