As we expand our footprint across Texas, we’re looking for ambitious, coachable individuals to join us as Entry-Level Project Managers — no prior experience required.

We don’t just offer a job — we provide a fast-track training experience. Every day starts with hands-on coaching and personalized evaluations, giving you the tools and feedback you need to grow quickly and take on leadership responsibilities within months.

With demand from our telecom clients growing, we’re preparing future project leaders through our structured 3–8 month training program. You’ll gain experience across multiple departments, preparing to lead high-value ($1.2M+) projects across various territories.

 

📚 You’ll Be Trained In:

  • Sales and customer acquisition strategies
  • Leading and motivating teams of 20+
  • Recruitment and HR compliance practices
  • Budgeting and managing project finances
  • Territory development & campaign planning

Every day includes morning training, field execution, and end-of-day evaluations — so you’re constantly improving, learning, and getting closer to your next promotion.

  • Training Phase (3–8 months): $37K–$70K (base + commission + bonuses)
  • Post-Training Earnings: $100K–$120K+ annually
