Manager Trainee

Manager Trainee:

Entry level position designed to prepare individuals for a leadership role within the company. This role provides hands-on training across all aspects of company operations with the goal of promotion to a  management position.

Learn hardware store, warehouse, and lumber yard operations, including inventory management and merchandising.

Engage in inside sales and customer service to understand clients needs and provide solutions.

Assist in purchasing and receiving inventory to ensure stock levels meet demand.

Perform managerial duties including staff supervision and operational oversight.

Requires strong attention to detail and excellent time management skills. Ability to work with minimal supervision and willingness to learn and grow within the company. Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills. a proactive and positive attitude toward training and development.
