What You’ll Do:
- Monitor and manage the livestream to ensure everything runs smoothly from start to finish
- Support the livestream host by hyping up the audience and keeping the energy high
- Set up, monitor, and take down all livestream equipment before and after each session
- Analyze stream performance data and provide actionable insights to help improve future livestreams
- Be the host’s right-hand person—focused on maximizing engagement and driving sales conversions
- Collaborate with the team to ensure the livestream reflects our brand vibe and energy
What We’re Looking For:
- A bubbly, high-energy personality with great communication skills
- A deep understanding of TikTok, livestream culture, and online sales trends
- Experience with basic livestream setups (cameras, lighting, mics, streaming software, etc.)
- Ability to read and interpret livestream analytics (viewer trends, engagement, conversions, etc.)
- A supportive, team-oriented mindset with a drive to help others shine
- Flexible availability to match livestream schedules (evenings/weekends possible)
- Must be organized, proactive, and tech-savvy
